I was dragged along to this show by my partner and trying to think of ways how I was going to survive nearly 3 hours of Abba music. However, I must eat my words as I was pleasantly surprised. The show far out lived my expectations and I even found myself clapping along to the songs. So much better than I thought it would be.

This is one of my absolute favourite musicals in London, and a definite must see (unless you don’t like Abba music). The story is a bit shallow, though, don’t expect something deep and serious. This is a truly feel good show; it’s entertaining, it makes you laugh and it’s full of amazing dance performances and Abba songs, including “Dancing Queen”, “Money money money”, “Take a chance on me”, and many more. This is a guaranteed great evening (if you like Abba music that is). I’ve seen the film too, which is ok, but not half as great as the musical, and if you’re seeing both, make sure you see the musical before the film not to spoil it.
